Any old excuse and it's down tools and take to the streets. Another strike has paralyzed Cusco today. We couldn't get anywhere this morning because all of the roads were blocked. It is very frustrating to live here amongst people who are hell bent on wrecking the Peruvian economy which is fragile enough as it is without these idiots deciding they'd like a day off. After having all our plans scuppered we went for a bit of a walk around some quieter bits of the city which calmed us down a bit. Then I trod in some dog muck on the way back. Happy to be here, that's what we are.
