I managed to watch a blurry version of the Newsnight programme on the BBC website. What a pleasant, radical and forward thinking person Mr Humala is. That wasn't a log fire behind him it was his constant smokescreen being fired up. I was a bit disappointed all the emphasis was on George Bush because it gave Humala some easy exit routes. I was more upset though that Gavin Esler was sat playing chess 200 yards from our apartment when he could have been here with us sipping PG Tips, having a bite of my Mars Bar and seeing for himself how crap BBC World is. It is a shame that Paxman didn't make the trip to stick the boot in, or maybe even Sir Alan Sugar - 'Humala, you're fired'.
