We were out and about early this morning after I had spent the night coughing again and keeping Esther awake.
Everywhere was shut until 10am so we had to do our tasks in stages.
We managed to pay for my trip to the jungle and find out some more details.
Apparently I need a sleeping bag, as my super dooper one got stolen while we were in England this is a bit of a problem, it seems that I might be able to rent one.
I have a meeting with the rest of the 'group' on Friday afternoon to find out the final details for our trip.
I also got myself a torch that doubles as a lamp to aid my search for owls and alert me to the presence of Bamboo Rats eating apples in my room like happened to Esther last time in Manu.
That Bamboo Rat certainly loved Esther, later joining her on the shower rail as she stood naked and transfixed by fear.
After a trip to San Pedro market to buy vegetables we went to get me a small rucksack so that I can take my bottles of Inca Kola into the rainforest.
I see that Swindon's relentless surge towards the play-offs continues, come on boys you know you can do it!
The vote counting process continues here at lightning pace with Lourdes now around 90000 votes behind Garcia, we still have a bit of hope.
Humala was on TV last night unable to give a straight answer to a question about whether Cuba was a democracy or not, fairly straightforward one that I would have thought.
