One thing about spending time working with Miriam and Valerio is that I get a window on their very interesting world.
I always get to learn something new from our wide ranging conversations.
Somehow we were talking about pigs and the Peruvian delicacy of Lechon, basically roast pork.
I was saying that even if I ate meat I would find Lechon a bit difficult because it was always so hairy.
This started Miriam off with a tale about how they shave Guinea Pigs to get rid of the hair between the teeth problem when they eat them.
It got me imaging a little queue of the furry fellows waiting with their cologne and Gilette’s expecting to be spruced up for an evening out only to find that they were next in the pot.
