Valerio left the café yesterday.
His departure encapsulated many of the problems Peru and Cusco have.
He was completely unwilling to accept that his lies the other Saturday made him responsible for the punishment we dished out and was keen to blame everyone but himself.
Because we have already paid his health insurance Esther wanted to hold him to his contract which runs out in July.
Once he started whining about only being willing to work five hours between now and then and how he was the only one who worked in the café, I retrieved my rusty axe and told him I wanted him to go straight away.
Once we got back to the café last night, he refused to shake my hand, his lack of respect causing Miriam to cry with rage.
Tosser.
