Salvador's new haircut (as usual an uneven scalping)

Here is our 13 point sequence of paying for flight tickets and hotels this morning.

1. Establish over the course of the previous two weeks the amount to be paid.
2. Go to the cafe and get yesterday's takings.
3. Go to the bank and withdraw the difference in Soles.
4. Bank tells us they have no large notes.
5. After a long wait and lots of huffing and puffing, Bank (Banco Wiese Sudameris - crap customer service experts) magically finds large notes.
6. Go to the currency exchange to turn Soles into dollars.
7. The currency exchange has no dollars.
8. The next currency exchange has some, but not all of the dollars, so we buy those. But not the torn ones as the next bank will give them back to us.
9. Go to a different bank to deposit the dollars into the travel company's account.
10. Wait for a cheese counter ticket and then wait another 1/2 an hour in the queue.
11. Buy more dollars in the bank.
12. Deposit money.
13. Go home.

Should have gone to Thomas Cook.
