I managed a bit of driving today, just to take Salvador and Esther to Lukas´ party.
I had a few twinges at the time but nothing too dramatic. After a stroll with Esther and Salvador the pain is rising again, which is not nice. It is really getting me in the right frame of mind for the Israel v England game
