The pain has been worse today, I decided this afternoon that a walk with Salvador and Esther would be good idea to get my mind off it.
I only managed to get as far as the Lawn gates before having to stop and just watch them run about inside.
The pain is reminiscent of the trouble I had when the doctor in Cusco said the plastic mesh they put over the hernia could be being rejected.
I wish they hadn´t told me it was made of Gore-Tex, I keep imagining that they have sown a pair of hiking boots inside me.
Eventually the strange pains I had in Peru went away so I am hoping these will too, they are a peculiar mixture of stabbing and pulling.
Salvador is now a confirmed fan of "Roobarb and Custard" and demands that I call it up on YouTube very few minutes.

I wouldn't have the guts to move around as much as you if I felt something pulling inside.
You are in the UK - there is nothing to do outside anyway except freeze to death!
