Salvador & me in Cabracancha today
More of the same, a flooded office this morning and showers all day. It can't even be bothered with thunderstorms now, just grey relentless rain. Its bloody freezing again, the gas cylinder's run out but Salvador seems to be getting happier by the moment. Probably because he is getting naughtier by the day too. Worryingly I heard the engines of several planes this afternoon although down the valley it was impossible to make out the mountains, this is usually a good indicator that flights are cancelled, if I was a pilot taking off straight into mountains I couldn't see I would turn the engine off and wait for the sun to come out.
I gather the weather in England is not exactly pleasant at the moment either.
Another package arrived today and only took six days to get here, nearly a record, more telly and some welcome chocolate, the Twixes here are similar but have about double the amount of sugar. Only Magnum Ice Creams manage to taste exactly the same but today is most certainly not an ice cream sort of day.
