So that's an injection in the left buttock yesterday and one in the right buttock today. I am not looking forward to tomorrow's trip to the doctors as there doesn't seem much left to aim at.
The biggest problem with injections like this is that they also make it difficult to get about given that they make the muscles in the bottom of the back ache. I am still supposed to be in bed but when I do get up it's like I've got lead weights tied onto my back. I am feeling a bit better although the pain in my head and face is still quite bad.The election continues to fill the TV and papers here with no sign of Humala's popularity fading yet. Just to show that the fear of his policies are genuine and not based on anything like the sort of stuff that decides elections in Britain, here are a few of his and his cohorts policies - free all terrorists currently held in Peruvian prisons, shoot homosexuals, give Bolivia access to the Pacific via the Peruvian coastline. These policies go hand in hand of course with nationalising all foreign industry and halving taxes. That's why we are worried.
