We took Salvador to the airport this morning to watch the planes take off.It was also an opportunity to get some magazines for the cafe that are unavailable elsewhere in Cusco.
We then went out for lunch at 'Bohemia', as usual the food and service was fantastic, after trying to treat the customers in Moni like kings all week being treated like royalty ourselves for a couple of hours was very welcome.
The improvement that a Wiltshire edge has given to Esther's accent caused us a problem as we ordered though.
There was no difficulty asking for mushrooms without white wine, but when Esther's Iced Coffee arrived as an Irish Coffee it was obvious that the waiter hadn't picked up on the delicious nuance of a Swindon/Lima lilt.
We decided that she should give it a go so she did.
A quarter of the way her eyes started rolling in their sockets and halfway through she got even more argumentative than usual, she left the rest.
Salvador is just about to go to bed and we are going to try to watch 'The Da Vinci Code'.
