I am starting to worry about who exactly is teaching Esther English.
Yesterday she returned from her class with a scarily accurate knowledge of the monetary system.
Not content with 'quid' we also have the slightly disturbing 'shrapnel' as part of her repertoire.
I can visualise her next visit to Marks & Spencer's ending as she offers the Sales Assistant the correct amount of aforementioned 'shrapnel'.
I am waiting for next week and the usage of 'monkey', 'pony' and 'ten bob note'.
