I was led in bed last night trying to watch 'Tony Blair Rock Star' on DVD as Esther drifted off to sleep when I decided I would treat myself - don't worry, keep reading. A special offer subscription to 'The Observer' & 'The Guardian' Digital Editions was finally too much to resist. Now I can read the exact versions of the papers, adverts and all. It's already proving to be quite a discovery, at midnight UK time on a Saturday night I can download the whole 'Observer', so I can be reading the Sunday paper at 7pm on Saturday night. This morning thanks to the added technology of a laptop I was able to retire to the bathroom with the internet equivalent of a newspaper folded under my arm, what joy.
